Структура и динамика смертности населения Российской Федерации по основным классам болезней
Статья посвящена анализу динамики смертности населения РФ по основным классам болезней за длительной период. Актуальность такого анализа обусловлена тем, что сохранение сегодняшней демографической ситуации неминуемо приведет к исчерпанию человеческих ресурсов и, в конечном счете, к депопуляции населения большинства территориальных общностей нашей страны. Разработаны модели динамики смертности мужского и женского, городского и сельского населения, выполнен прогноз на ближайшую перспективу. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы в актуарных расчетах схем медицинского страхования в целом по стране.

The article is dedicated to analysis speakers to death-rate of the population to

situation inevitable will bring about closing human resource, and, eventually, to depopulation of the population majority territorial generalities of our country. The designed model speakers to death-rate male and feminine, town and rural population, is executed forecast on nearest prospect. The got results can be used in calculation schemes of the medical insurance on country as a whole.
