Эволюция финансового регулирования в условиях распространения цифровых валют: от запрета к архитектуре сосуществования
В статье исследуется современный этап трансформации финансовой системы в ус
ловиях цифровизации. Одним из импульсов к трансформации данной сферы послужило
возникновение частных цифровых валют. Криптовалюты являются экономическим фе
номеном, однако их двойственная природа не позволяет им стать основой финансовой
архитектуры. Криптовалюты не только выступают стимулом для развития государ
ственных цифровых валют, но и привносят ряд угроз, требующих не фрагментарных, а
сплоченных действий со стороны государств в связи с их глобальным характером. В силу
развития сферы цифровых активов перед государствами также встает вопрос о выборе
модели существования различных видов цифровых активов в рамках определенного фи
нансового поля. Предпочтение той или иной модели определяет будущее направление раз
вития финансовой системы.

The Evolution of Financial Regulation in the Context of the Spread of Digital Currencies: from Prohibition to the Architecture of Coexistence
The article examines the current stage of the transformation of the financial system in the con
text of digitalization. One of the impulses to the transformation of this sphere was the emergence of
private digital currencies. Cryptocurrencies have become an economic phenomenon, but their dual
nature does not allow them to become the basis of financial architecture. Cryptocurrencies have
not only become an incentive for the development of state-owned digital currencies but have also
introduced several threats that require not fragmented but cohesive actions on the part of states due
to their global nature. Due to the development of the field of digital assets, states also face the ques
tion of choosing a model for the existence of various types of digital assets within a certain financial
field. The choice of a particular model determines the future direction of the financial system.
